About Me
My name is Colin Carter and I am a Quantity Surveyor based in Guisborough in the North East of the UK. For the past 29 years I've worked for a Professional Quantity Surveying practice in the North East specialising in preparing Feasibility and Budget Cost Estimates for pre tender purposes and producing full Bills of Quantities / Schedules of Work for projects ranging in size from house extensions to one off bespoke houses up to multi million pound hospital, school and other commercial and industrial projects.

Also through my 35 years of photography experience, I am in an ideal position to offer my Clients additional services including high resolution photographic site records using the latest digital cameras and drones. I can provide photographic records of the existing site before work commences, aerial drone site photographs, periodic photographic records at key stages of construction and a full set of photographs at the end of the project to either hand to the Client or use in marketing and promotional material.
